01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and pk92 ("we," "us," "our," "the platform"). By accessing pk92 through our website at pk92.vu or through the pk92 mobile app, and by registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated here by reference. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms take precedence.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of pk92 after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

02Eligibility & Age Requirement

pk92 is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You must also confirm that:

• You are not accessing pk92 from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.
• You are not a politically exposed person or subject to international sanctions that would prohibit the use of financial services.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from pk92 or had an account closed for terms violations.

03Account Registration

To use pk92, you must register a single personal account. Each player is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information we request for verification purposes. You must update this information promptly if anything changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. pk92 will never ask for your password by email or phone. pk92 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any other point during your use of the platform. Verification may require submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

04Deposits & Payments

All transactions on pk92 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and other mobile wallets as may be available at the time of your deposit.

Deposits are processed promptly. JazzCash and Easypaisa wallet-to-wallet transfers are typically credited within a few minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• pk92 does not charge any deposit fees from our end. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges depending on your account type — please check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank directly.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension and refund of funds to the original source.
• Deposits that fail due to incorrect details or insufficient balance are not credited to your pk92 wallet. Contact your payment provider if a payment leaves your account but does not appear on pk92.

pk92 reserves the right to decline a deposit or request additional verification for any transaction that appears unusual or inconsistent with your normal usage pattern.

05Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity verification must be complete before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, wherever possible. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account at the time of the request.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our team before processing. Standard processing time is within 24–72 hours for verified accounts. Delays may occur if additional verification is required.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before the corresponding bonus funds can be withdrawn. Bonus terms are specified in the relevant promotion.

pk92 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, terms violation, or if a chargeback claim has been raised against a deposit. In such cases, you will be notified and given an opportunity to respond.

06Bonuses & Promotions

pk92 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that offer.

• Bonuses are for individual player use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms.
• pk92 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with notice where reasonably possible.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus — including creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or exploiting a system error — will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed for suspension.
• Bonuses are only available to players who have not previously claimed the same offer, unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

07Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pk92 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, game, or market. These rules are displayed within each betting or gaming section and form part of these Terms.

For sports betting — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, and esports — the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless pk92 explicitly offers a cash-out or void option for that market.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules published for that event type. For cricket matches, this typically means bets are void if fewer than the minimum required overs are completed.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. pk92 reserves the right to suspend a market at any time during an event.
• Errors in odds — whether caused by a data feed error, human error, or technical fault — do not constitute a valid bet. pk92 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per bet are set by pk92 and are displayed within the platform. Winnings above the maximum payout will be capped at that limit.

For casino games, bingo, fish games, and other non-sports products, the rules of each individual game apply. These are displayed within the game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and are independent of pk92.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk92 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Creating or using more than one account, or using someone else's account.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information usage, or any form of sports fraud.
• Using pk92 for money laundering or any financial activity that violates applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk92 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Chargebacks or disputes raised with your payment provider in bad faith, or after receiving winnings.
• Sharing account access with others or allowing a third party to place bets on your behalf.

09Responsible Gaming

pk92 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. We believe that gaming and betting should remain a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or coping mechanism. We actively encourage all players to set personal limits and to monitor their own activity.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. These limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Session time reminders: pk92 provides optional session time reminders. We encourage all players to take regular breaks.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel that your gaming activity has become a problem, you can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access pk92.
• Budget management: Only gamble with money you can afford to lose. Do not chase losses. Set a budget before each session and stick to it.

10Account Suspension & Closure

pk92 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal use of the platform.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe.
• A chargeback or payment dispute that has not been resolved.
• Reasonable grounds to believe an account is being operated by an automated system.
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming reasons.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any bonus funds or winnings derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Any legitimate remaining balance following a review will be returned to your registered payment method.

11Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use pk92 solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any pk92 software or application.

12Limitation of Liability

pk92 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is reliable and accurate, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk92 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from technical errors, system outages, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from bets placed based on incorrect or delayed odds data caused by third-party data feed errors.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of pk92.
• The actions of third-party payment providers, including delays or errors in processing deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
